The Opportunity:

As a contract senior manager, you will leadour contracts disruption cellsupporting theNational Security Sectorand use your experience to supporttransforming our contracts strategies. We need you to bring your advanced contract managementexpertiseto ourteam whereyou'llbe a trusted leader whoempowers the team to find creative solutions to complex problemswhiledevelopingcustomer relationshipsinside and outside of Booz Allen.

As a contract manager on our team,your knowledge will be applied to strategic decisionsfor future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations, and teaming agreements, negotiations, and contract management. In addition, you will work closely with your teammates on theNational Security Sectorteam with opportunities to mentor and guide staff.

YouHave:

  • Experiencewithdifferentsolicitation andcontract types,includingbroad agency announcements, commercial solution openings, requests for quotes, fixed price and time, andmaterialcontracts
  • Experience evaluating, negotiating, and executing non-FAR based U.S. government contracts for the development and sale of emerging technologies and products
  • Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations
  • Ability to support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques toaccomplishbusiness goals and objectives
  • Ability to draft moderate to complex non-routine contractualarticles or clauses
  • Ability to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues
  • Ability to develop customer relationships with internal and external customers
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HSdiploma or GED and 14+ years ofexperience with contract management, Bachelor's degreeand 10+ years ofexperience with contract management, or Master's degree and 8+ years ofexperience withcontract management

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years ofexperience with employee management
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • NCMAProfessional Certification such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCMCertification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
