Job Summary and Responsibilities

Program Manager will be responsible to manage and support all aspect regarding the operations and business development for the team including strategy, delivery, operations, and budget control. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Overall accountability and responsibility for all Program Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement and
  • Manage the program scope and maintain its continuous alignment with business objectives. Sets the program plan and make recommendations to modify the plan when vital. Sets priorities, ensures optimization and resolves issues to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
  • Define projects. Assign project managers to initiate and manage the performance of component projects. Integrates and supervises multiple related projects.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects under his/her supervision with standards and program management methodology, including compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure an effective and engaged program team, usually without direct authority, by providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Build relationships and maintain communication with stakeholders at various
  • Lead strategic business development initiatives in the telecommunications sector, driving revenue growth through new market penetration, high-value client acquisition, and expansion of B2B service offerings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that increase top-line performance while aligning with long-term profitability goals.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in project management
  • Experience and knowledge in several key domains relevant to the program
  • A/B.Sc. degree, global equivalent or higher
  • PGMP certification
