Responsibilities
An Average Day: As the Program Analyst II you will support program management office (PMO) functions, procurement operations, and financial management for a large enterprise IT contract within a complex DOD environment consisting of domestic and international infrastructures and data centers. You will be involved with managing program financials, coordinating procurement activities, tracking deliverables, and providing analytical support to ensure contract performance and compliance with federal acquisition requirements. Additionally, in this position you will:
Qualifications
- As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C), we will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility or have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
- Will be subject to a federal background investigation.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, financial management, or procurement support, preferably in federal contracting or DOD environments
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience with budget tracking and reporting.
- Experience with government contract financial management (MER, invoicing, accruals)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis and PowerBI for reporting dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and process mapping techniques.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage complex data sets (e.g., Budget forecasting, Travel Administration, Asset Procurement, Policy Tracking, Network Management).
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $92,632.80/Yr. - USD $130,530.48/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
