As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, document observations, and communicate clearly with site staff and visitors while delivering standout customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout office and technology work areas, parking areas, loading and delivery zones, and building perimeters, noting unusual conditions and reporting them per post orders.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor processing, badge verification, and contractor check-in and/or check-out in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor cameras and alarm systems where assigned, complete routine reports and logs, and communicate updates to supervisors and/or site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 6+ months of security-related experience.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
