As a Representative, Customer Operations, you will be responsible for executing daily activities for customer accounts, focusing on account growth and efficiency by fostering strong relationships and understanding customer commitments. Operations Reps perform load management, handle scheduling, and ensure service quality while aiming to maximize profitability. DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to): * Support Sales with managing the branches key accounts. Compensation for this role is $21.64 hourly.
