Description

Halff has an immediate opening for highly skilled Infrastructure Management Sr. Advisor in the Atlanta office. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable engaging with clients, managing complex projects, and providing technical leadership. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who understands the intersection of infrastructure, resiliency, and analytics-and knows how to translate technical insights into meaningful, actionable solutions for clients. This position will help develop and drive business in Georgia and Florida. The desired candidate will be a trustworthy, team-oriented, self-motivated, creative problem solver and proactive client manager.

What you will do:

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor who anticipates needs, facilitates strategic discussions, and ensures an exceptional client experience. The Sr. Advisor will lead and manage multidisciplinary projects from initiation through delivery, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, resource coordination, and risk management to achieve high quality outcomes. Additional responsibilities include providing expert guidance on infrastructure management strategies, asset performance, digital solutions, and data analytics, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights and innovative recommendations. This role also supports business development by identifying new opportunities, developing technical content for proposals and presentations, and partnering with leadership to help shape the continued growth of the Infrastructure Management & Data Analytics and Water/Wastewater practices.

What you will need:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 10 years of progressive experience and/or related education in asset management
  • Leadership experience including project scoping, planning, budgeting, delegation, and staff management
  • Experience in selling including developing strategies, networking and presenting
  • Experience working with and/or implementing asset management software
  • Demonstrated experience with the ESRI software suite
  • Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems
  • Experience with database management best practices
  • Solid experience in application of QA/QC processes and programs
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to effectively evaluate and summarize project findings
  • Ability to monitor/adjust effort to meet task goals within budget
