Your role

As a Customer Solutions Sales Manager, your mission is to drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen customer relationships by leading a highperforming Customer Service team. We aim to anticipate market needs, deepen partnerships with customer centers and sales teams, and transform insights into strategies that position Atlas Copco for longterm success. You will report to the Aftermarket Manager.

You will



  • Order Intake Responsibilities

    • Drive overall sales growth for customer service, including parts sales and engineering solutions.
    • Develop and execute market and regional strategies to increase sales and profitability.
    • Build strong relationships with customer centers and customers to gather feedback and refine quoting strategies.
    • Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with R&D to bring solutions to market.
    • Oversee contract management, compliance, and risk.
    • Participate in sales meetings, management meetings, and trade shows.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business developments.
    • Coordinate training programs, seminars, product launches, and exhibitions with divisional marketing.
    • Support sales during customer visits to present new products or applications.
    • Analyze lost orders and implement corrective actions to improve win rates.
    • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Talent & Leadership Responsabilties

    • Coach, mentor, and develop the spare parts and applications quoting teams.
    • Identify skill gaps, coordinate specialized training, and maintain an up-to-date skills matrix.
    • Support Application Engineering and Parts with quoting tools, market/regional pricing, and technical documentation.

You have experience working in a role with proven success in sales and leadership.

  • You are proficient in business strategy and financial management.
  • You can easily navigate through roadblocks, conflict, and shared resources to build rapport with others to achieve a common goal.
  • You are willing to travel both domestic and internationally for business meetings.

Base salary ranges from $112,960 to $133,370 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing facility in Voorheesville, United States (US).

The position may be considered remote, based on candidate qualifications and experiences.
