We are looking for a Sort Technician to help us meet safety, quality, housekeeping, and distribution goals. As a Trex Sort Technician, you'll be responsible for sorting contamination and other debris from usable plastic, to use in the manufacturing process of our decking boards. This role is key member of our Logistics team. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills, and English proficiency. Key competencies include effective verbal and written communication, teamwork, time management, and priority setting to focus on critical tasks and foster collaboration.
