| Position Purpose |
To support the center's research and training mission by operating and maintaining
MRI systems and ensuring participant safety, while working with faculty, graduate students, research personnel, and undergraduates involved in neuroimaging studies. |

Education:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Certification: ARRT (MR) or equivalent MRI certification preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years MRI experience; research experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Siemens Prisma 3T scanner is strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of MRI physics and safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

MRI Scanning & Data Acquisition
- Perform MRI scans on research participants according to approved protocols.
- Ensure image quality and troubleshoot technical issues during scanning.

MRI safety standards for participants and staff.- Screen participants for contraindications and maintain compliance with institutional and federal regulations.

- Maintain MRI equipment and coordinate service when needed.
