| Position Purpose |
The Head of Product Strategy is a technical strategist and productoriented leader who helps shape how technology and AI show up across our student experience, programs, and internal operations. This person will partner closely with Executive Director to make informed decisions about what we build, buy, and integrate. |

- 4-7 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a similar role at an EdTech, educationadjacent, or missiondriven organization.
- Strong systems thinker who enjoys mapping how tools, data, and people fit together and spotting gaps or redundancies.
- Comfortable translating between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, facilitating decisions, and building consensus.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating SaaS tools or platforms, running pilots, and supporting rollout or changemanagement in an education or learnerfocused context
- Curious and uptodate on AI capabilities and limitations, with a practical mindset about where AI can add real value for students and staff.

Key Accountabilities
| Description |
- Serve as a strategic partner, helping define and evolve the technology vision, priorities, and roadmap across programs and operations.
- Evaluate and prioritize technology initiatives, making clear tradeoffs and sequencing decisions based on impact, feasibility, and student experience.
- Act as a bridge across stakeholders (internal IT, inhouse builders, leadership, and students), ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Assess current tools and platforms (LMS, data systems, communication tools, AI assistants, etc.), diagnose what is and is not working, and recommend concrete paths forward.
- Lead our AI strategy: scan the tech/AI landscape, identify relevant opportunities, and translate them into practical, ethical use cases that enhance coaching, programming, and student support.
- Design and support implementation plans for new tools and workflows, including pilots, changemanagement, and adoption strategies tailored to students and staff.
- Define and track success metrics for technology and AI initiatives, using data and feedback to iterate and improve over time.
