Job Summary

Responsible for Creating, editing, and managing digital content-including video, audio, photography, and motion graphics-to support marketing and branding efforts. Responsibilities include capturing and enhancing visuals (e.g., headshots, event coverage, product photography), producing multimedia assets such as animations and trade show displays, and handling all stages of production from concept development to post-production (e.g., color grading, sound editing). Additional duties include organizing media libraries, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting gear, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment. The role requires managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and occasional travel or after-hours work for location shoots.

Essential Functions

  • Produces content for various platforms, including website articles, videography, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and more.
  • Researches, validates, and develops clear and compelling content that adheres to required branding and style guidelines.
  • Works closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, develop content strategies, and ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
  • Incorporates search engine optimization best practices in all materials produced.
  • Ensures that all grammar, spelling, flow, tone, and style are appropriate for the project.
  • Utilizes content management tools to prepare materials.


Required Qualifications

  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Content Creation. Content Marketing. Copywriting. Editing. Keyword Research. Proofreading. Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Web Content Development. Content Research. Web Content Management Software. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong verbal and written communication skills for scripting and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment. A strong demo reel showcasing previous video and multimedia work.


Physical Requirements

  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.


Travel Requirements

Up to 25% travel likely.
