AQR Discovery AQR Discovery is a one-day, on-site experience offering early exposure to quantitative finance and AQR's investment process for current undergraduate sophomores. Through firm and business overviews, deep dives into Research, Portfolio Implementation, and Trading, an applied analytics talk, and interactive discussions with Analysts and former interns, participants will explore how quantitative ideas are developed, implemented, and managed at scale. The program also includes networking opportunities with researchers and portfolio implementation professionals, an overview of AQR's recruiting process, and a guided office tour.
