About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and influential Enterprise FP&A Specialist to help lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, consolidation, and performance management processes while driving high-impact initiatives across the Finance organization. This role will work horizontally across operating companies and vertically across leadership teams to strengthen enterprise financial capabilities, elevate insights, and advance continuous improvement within core FP&A processes.

The ideal candidate combines corporate finance expertise with exceptional leadership, business acumen, and a strong continuous-improvement mindset. This role will lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, guide teams through challenging and sensitive discussions, and shape the future-state FP&A operating model.

This position offers flexible work arrangement options, including on site at our facility in Newark, Delaware, hybrid, or fully remote in most locations with the United States.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $170,000 - $220,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and consolidated financial reporting

  • Deliver executive-level insights on enterprise performance, trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Oversee and advance enterprise financial models, analytics, tools, and reporting standards

  • Prepare and guide materials for senior leadership, board, and enterprise governance reviews

  • Lead complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide strategic and financial initiatives

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and other leaders to address high-priority enterprise questions

  • Direct scenario modeling and enterprise financial analyses to support strategic decision-making

  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation across planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing without authority across operating companies and global functions

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance or consulting experience, ideally in a complex, multi-entity global organization
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level initiatives or transformation efforts
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving results across matrixed teams
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Desired Qualifications
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA
  • Understanding of FP&A processes, consolidation, enterprise reporting and financial modeling
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise planning systems, ERP platforms, and BI tools

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
