Our Company The Opportunity We're looking for an exceptionally skilled Senior Manager to support ambitious transformation initiatives which impact strategic goals at Adobe. This role is hands-on and people focused - you'll lead a team and work directly with internal end users as they adopt new tools, shift the way they work, and adjust to new expectations. This role will be instrumental in advancing transformation initiatives by developing and implementing effective change adoption plans, aiding leaders, and making certain teams remain well-informed and equipped for success. What You'll Need to Succeed
In California, the pay range for this position is $173,300 - $250,875 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
