Summary

Responsible to contribute to and translate site and regional security strategy into tailored approaches that effectively deliver all facets of a comprehensive physical security program to their assigned hospital and associated campuses. Will ensure their program operates in alignment with system policies, standards, and procedures, while also achieving effective site-based integration, providing support to site-based stakeholders, and delivering security in accordance with service level agreements.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Valid Drivers License required. Professional certifications (CPP, CHPA, IAHSS) are valued, as are certifications in any security related training curriculum (i.e., CPI, MOAB, ALICE, et al)
  3. Experience: Five years' experience in law enforcement, private sector security, or the military and minimum of 3 years with supervisory and management experience required.
