Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op - Fall 2026

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

What You'll Do:

• As part of Entegris' Manufacturing Operations team, the Manufacturing Co-Op will work closely with the production and Sr. Process Engineers team to drive initiatives to increase output, reduce scrap and rework, eliminate waste, improve overall efficiency, and ensure quality and safety are built into processes at every step.
• Provide assistance in projects which improve operational efficiency and deliver savings which support corporate objectives, such as on-time delivery, productivity, scrap reduction, etc
• Identify root cause and propose solutions.
• Apply manufacturing best practices to drive safety, quality, reliability and predictability into everything we do
• Work with teams to identify problems, analyze information and develop and implement process solutions
• Assist in directing and controlling processes in accordance with defined policies and procedures

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

• Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Graduation of May 2027 or later

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
• Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program
• Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift 30 lbs

Compensation: $20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on graduation year and candidate skillset
