  • Rooms Division: Master the "Signature Arrival." You'll own front office operations and become the face of first impressions.
  • Food & Beverage Management: Dive into high-stakes, high-volume dining-from the precision of elegant banquets to the high energy of our lakeside lounges.
  • Spa, Wellness & Retail: Curate the guest journey at Bayside Spa or manage luxury styles at our Retail Tennis Boutique.

  • Student Status: Currently enrolled in a College or university focused on Hospitality, Communication, Culinary, Agronomy or aquatic sciences.
  • Hospitality Heart: Energetic, professional, and obsessed with anticipating guest needs.
  • Availability: Ready to dive in for the full summer season (May - August 2026).
