Description


  • Supervise, schedule, and train bell staff to ensure efficient and professional service



  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a warm, courteous, and professional manner



  • Oversee luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms



  • Coordinate guest transportation services, valet assistance, and group arrivals/departures



  • Ensure lobby and entrance areas are clean, organized, and welcoming



  • Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests



  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally



  • Maintain accurate records of luggage storage and guest deliveries



  • Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Valet teams to ensure seamless operations



  • Monitor staff appearance, grooming, and adherence to service standards



  • Support VIP arrivals and special events coordination
