Description

The incumbent will work with the Float Pool Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service in a constantly evolving environment. In this role you are responsible for managing staff assignments through our scheduling portal, ensuring all assignments are entered timely and accurately. Coordinate new and current staff training. Provide daily notification to business partners who request same day support. Provide updates on staff attendance and availability status. Track and report fulfillment rates. Correlate data to identify scheduling trends and outcomes.Possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Skill in adapting to various learning styles and training methodologies. Must possess interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with Healthcare Leaders, staff and external customers. Serve as a resource for new and existing staff for seeking out information. Work closely Operations managers to coordinate both long term and short term staffing support with managers and directors of all practices to understand their staffing needs. Demonstrates the organization's culture of remarkable compassion, accountability, and results by displaying the highest standards of integrity, consistency, exceptional customer service, and patient satisfaction.

Salary Range: $32.20 - $51.36/hourly

Qualifications
Required:
  • 1 year in a healthcare setting or 2 years
    experience providing executive administrative support.
  • Skill in setting priorities which accurately
    reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.
  • Skill in verbal communication to clearly convey
    information in both formal and informal situations.
  • Ability to proofread/edit for spelling,
    continuity, punctuation, and grammar correspondence and reports.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle
    sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proven history of ability to successfully relate
    and communicate with all levels of staff from different professional
    backgrounds.
