Description
Under the general guidance of the Executive Chef, the Supervisor, Food Services drives the creation and execution of innovative, upscale, and culturally diverse menus across patient care, retail, and catering services. This role leads and inspires a team of Principal Cooks, Senior Cooks, and culinary staff, overseeing scheduling, training, and food preparation to ensure excellence in every dish. The Supervisor also manages food cost control, inventory, and proper storage, while maintaining strict compliance with sanitation, safety, and all policies set by the Joint Commission, the University of California, and UCLA Medical Center. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a culinary professional passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences in a dynamic healthcare environment. Qualifications
