Job Skills / Requirements

As a branch employment coordinator, you will lead the recruitment function for the Security Officer Division in the Omaha branch office, primarily focusing on Recruitment and Onboarding with additional responsibilities in Employee Relations, Licensing and other Administrative duties.

In this role, you will:

  • Recruit for Security Officer position openings in a timely fashion
  • Review and filter applications from our hiring platform
  • Reach out to candidates by phone, text and/or email
  • Interview candidates for open positions
  • Run background checks on potential new hires
  • Onboard new hires both through our hiring platform as well as day-of-hire onboarding including fingerprinting, licensing, and drug screening.
  • Assist management with basic employee relations day-to-day issues.
  • Manage Personnel Files of branch employees.
  • Complete Change of Status Forms (COS).
  • Work with Corporate Training and Development Manager to track training requirements
  • Assist in the administration of drug and alcohol policies and tests.
  • Communicate corporate changes and updates to branch employees.
  • Assist with other operational duties when necessary

What you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in the area of Employment Coordination is strongly preferred.
  • Previous Security Industry experience preferred.
  • Must have the ability to obtain Security Officer License as required by state laws.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and submit to pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners and calculators.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
