ABOUT THE JOB Olivia Hospital & Clinic is looking for a Supervisor Registered Nurse, Ambulatory Clinic. This is a full-time position working 80 hours per pay period. This position is directly responsible to the Clinic Manager to provide leadership and support for clinical and administrative duties. This includes but is not limited to project support, clinical perspective with project involvement, administrative support and oversight of scheduling, audits, quality measures, policy and procedure, and direct patient care as needed. This position works collaboratively with other nursing and management staff to ensure compliance with established standards and continuity of quality patient care. This position ensures the safety and efficiency of patient care. This position provides continuity of leadership and is responsible for the evaluation and prioritization of activities to meet the demands of an unpredictable, multifaceted department daily.
