Essential Job Duties
The primary purpose of this position is:

Administrative Support

* Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
* Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking student data, including eventregistrations, and program metrics
* Respond to prospective and current student inquiries via email and phone
* Assist in maintaining office supply inventory
* Assist with creating and updating program documents and resource guides
* Support assessment and reporting initiatives for the Student Success department

Event & Program Support

* Assist with the coordination of graduate student recruitment and yield events
* Support logistics for workshops, information sessions, networking events, andprofessional development programming
* Assist with creating event agendas, presentations, and promotional materials
* Assist the Sr. Director in supporting the Graduate Student Ambassadors and the Graduate Student Advisory Board.
This position is 100% on-site at NC State University and cannot be performed remotely due to business and operational needs.

Work Schedule 10-15 hours/week, 100% on site. Work Schedule: This position requires availability to work Monday through Thursday, with potential Saturday availability as needed.

A high school diploma combined with substantial experience in event coordination/administration, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in event planning and program coordination.
