Receptionist

Key Responsibilities



  • Front Desk Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients to the appropriate person or office
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls, and manage incoming/outgoing emails and mail
  • Administration: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Scheduling: Maintain calendars and schedule meetings or appointments for staff
  • Security: Monitor visitor access and maintain security logs or safety procedures
  • Inventory: Order and restock office supplies



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service: Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, phone systems)
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred



Typical Educational Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
