Location Alexandria, MN

Salary: $70,000.00 per year

Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Set the bar. Raise the standard. Lead quality from start to finish as our next Quality Manager.

We are seeking a strategic Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance programs, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. This leadership role partners with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain high standards, reduce defects, and support long-term performance goals.

This is what it takes to work for us.



  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or 2 years of

    related experience and/or on-the-job training; or equivalent combination of education and

    experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports,

    and legal documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or

    members of the business community
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as solid geometry and trigonometry
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only

    Limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Essential Responsibilities



  • Leads the Quality department to be sure they are maintaining the highest level of quality products
  • Authors, updates, and otherwise maintain the following administrative documents: Company

    Quality Manual, Quality Systems, and Procedures Manual
  • Spearheads ISO certification efforts to meet planned deadlines and coordinates activities and

    procedures necessary to achieve that goal
  • Effectively leads the Internal Audit team
  • Establishes customer contacts with newly obtained customers to learn of special requirements

    (procedures, documentation, certification) and ensures they can be and are met
  • Receives calls from customers regarding complaints, rejects, and initiates process analysis

    and/or improvement
  • Administers vendor rejects
  • Receives documents and addresses customer rejects and maintains records thereof, including

    corrective action design and implementation, if any
  • Monitors nonconforming material (in-house) and reviews records of all scrap, cause, and

    disposition
  • Compiles statistical analyses per customer requests (R & R, X-bar, histograms...). Maintains

    records of these analyses, evaluates, and determines improvement methods if any are needed
