Role Overview: We are seeking a senior, autonomous Quantitative Analyst to lead a fast-paced consumer journey study. This role is crucial in meeting the immediate demand for end-to-end project execution, from survey design to final strategic synthesis. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Survey Design and Journey Mapping:
* Design a comprehensive consumer journey survey from scratch in Quantilope/Qualtrics.
* Manage intricate survey flow including skip logic, display logic, and branching.
* Apply deep understanding of monadic and sequential monadic testing structures.
* Align all survey questions with the full consumer journey to capture key touchpoints.
* Ensure the technical setup reflects the strategic goals of the brand.
* (Bonus) Use direct experience in journey mapping to anticipate data needs early.
Data Management and Statistical Analysis:
* Conduct rigorous statistical tests including T-tests, ANOVAs, and correlations.
* Calculate and interpret effect sizes while maintaining strict data quality control.
* Manipulate complex data structures in Excel and run deep analyses in R or Python.
* Account for outliers and sampling bias to ensure journey insights are statistically sound. Project Management:
* Handle the journey project end-to-end, from initial framework to final delivery.
* Map out a comprehensive timeline and manage milestones with total autonomy.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and portfolio teams at key intervals. Executive-Level Storytelling:
* Translate complex statistical findings into a clear story for senior leadership.
* Build an executive-ready slide deck that highlights actionable business decisions.
* Synthesize raw data into strategic recommendations for the business.
Qualifications:
* Senior quantitative skills with expertise in consumer journey mapping.
* Proficiency in executive storytelling and high-level strategic synthesis.
* Mastery of Quantilope or Qualtrics and either R/R Studio or Python.
* Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with total independence.
* Experience with complex, long-form survey design and advanced logic.
* Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve problems under tight deadlines.
