We're seeking a dependable Heat Treat Operator to oversee furnace loading, temperature monitoring, quenching processes, and metallurgical quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Support critical production goals by operating heat-treating equipment, following strict process controls, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in an industrial manufacturing facility.
