We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Leader to provide exceptional leadership to our municipal operations team in Oregon. This role is pivotal in driving the development and growth of our company's performance at the organizational level. As a Group Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operational activities, resource management, and staff engagement within local operational groups or teams. The Group Leader reports to the Regional Manager and works closely with the Client Service Director, project managers, local staff, and People partners to achieve strong financial performance, project execution, effective resource management, and positive employee and client experience. It is expected that the Group Leader will reside within the Portland metropolitan area and will be in the local office a minimum of 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities:

Salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $200,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location. This position is eligible for performance and incentive compensation.
