CLA is seeking a Market Research Director. The primary focus will be assisting in the development and execution of our market research advisory practice.

The primary focus of the role would include developing new market research advisory products and capabilities, including data analytics, digital solutions, pricing capabilities and other market research products for other industries. Your responsibilities would also include interpreting data, formulating reports, and consulting with clients related to market strategy, market pricing, master planning, strategic planning, viability of new & existing product/service offerings, and competitive intelligence.

Candidate's previous experiences would also assist in enhancing our firm wide market research function, systems, and resources that will support our firm wide goals for growth.

This role requires exemplary collaboration, communication, strategic, and analytical skills to evaluate existing and potential product and service offerings. This position requires you to be skilled in quantitative and qualitative analysis to accurately and efficiently interpret data.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of market research experience
• BS/B degree
• Extensive computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Analytical, yet creative thinking, to enable effective decision making
• Strong goal orientation/self-motivation
• Strong technical / data analytic skills
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
• Ability to balance multiple work demands
• Strong orientation to service; willingness to take on independent accountability for production of quality work
