Why Bally's:
Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, interactive gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ("Queen"), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally's jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:
As the Count Room Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for collecting, sorting, counting, and recording gaming revenue, as well as the overall operation and maintenance of the count room.

Responsibilities:
* Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
* Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
* Adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
* Assist in the development and vision of formal count policies and procedures
* Assist with training, selecting, and developing team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
* Direct the collection, sorting, counting, and recording of gaming revenue; the transfer of funds to the vault; the maintenance of the currency counting equipment; and the overall operations of the count room
* Verify count calculations and reconcile summary reports
* Ensure all count totals and transactions are timely and accurately recorded
* Reconcile discrepancies related to monetary assets
* Perform duties of Count Room and Lead Count Room Representatives as needed
* Ensure the count room is kept clean, safe, and free of hazards
* Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management of any observation of illegal acts and or internal ethics
* Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to work various shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
* Two years of experience supervising a money room or count room
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have excellent customer service skills
* Must be proficient in using a 10-key calculator and other office equipment
* Must have above-average math skills to count money accurately and quickly
* Must have strong decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Must have excellent communication skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
* Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
* Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
* Occasionally required to sit or stoop
* Must occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds
* Frequently required to push and pull heavy carts across the casino floor and back of house area
* The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
