Talent Operations Coordinator

TDIndustries
United States, Texas, Dallas
Feb 12, 2026
Job Summary

This position is the operational core of our hiring process. Every new Partner hired flows through this role. When this position runs well, recruiters can recruit, hiring managers can hire, and the business can grow. When it doesn't, hiring stops.

This is not a clerical role. This is a systems-driven, detail-obsessed, technically capable operations position that ensures our hiring process moves with speed, accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.

If you enjoy building order from complexity, working inside HR technology systems, and owning the process that brings new people into an organization - this is your role.

  • Interface with external vendors and internal stakeholders to remove process roadblocks

  • Complete HRIS transactions and ensure new hire data integrity

  • Conduct audits within the Applicant Tracking System and onboarding systems

  • Monitor and manage all Talent Acquisition inbox and workflow activity

  • Support geographically dispersed recruiters and hiring managers

  • Ensure every new Partner experiences a professional, smooth onboarding journey

You are accountable for process accuracy, timing, compliance, and candidate experience.
