Position Summary

To ensure accuracy and consistency with all copy, art, legal disclaimers and restrictions, typography and design/type specs; to adhere to client style; and to verify that all internal and external/client changes were properly executed according to established processes and procedures during various stages of production.

Job Responsibilities



  • Attend daily/weekly team meetings to discuss flow of work
  • Check all client proofs and internal reviews for accuracy of copy, math, art, typography, specs, folio, and pagination information. Review legal restrictions at all required stages of the process.
  • Coordinate with Folio Team to ensure Master Folio is accurate and up-to-date
  • Evaluate accuracy performance on proof stages and collect data for measurements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements
  • Prioritize work in relation to schedule dates in order to ensure flow of work is timely



Qualifications / Requirements



  • Checks proofs and internal reviews for accuracy of simple copy, math, art, typography, specs, folio, and pagination updates or revisions.
  • Assists in prioritizing work in relation to schedule dates in order to ensure workflow is timely.
  • Prepares packages and correspondence to freelance resources and maintains database of freelancer information.
  • Under direct supervision or within defined parameters, ensures timely and accurate performance of responsibilities for a single product, functional area or work group, with work typically reviewed by others.
  • Decisions typically involve prioritizing basic tasks.
  • Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Willingly assists others when asked.
  • Is flexible and open to suggestions.
  • Seeks learning opportunities within the team to strengthen skills in own functional area/job.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Incumbents typically have 0-2 years of experience.

This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $16 USD - $18 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Flex Force employees are part of our extended workforce and support our teams on an as-needed basis to meet changing business demands. Flex Force roles are designed to supplement staff during peak periods or for specific projects.

Flex Force positions operate under a flexible, project-based work arrangement that differs from traditional full-time or part-time roles. Schedules vary based on business needs, and hours are not guaranteed on a weekly basis.
