Responsibilities
Role Overview Arcfield is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting across Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and SETA programs. This role owns staffing strategy, proposal support, and recruiting operations while leading a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate has strong intel and SETA recruiting experience and hands-on expertise with iCIMS and Workday in a federal contracting environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 recruiters, including hiring, performance management, development, and annual reviews.
- Set performance expectations, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with Arcfield recruiting policies and processes.
- Develop and execute staffing strategies aligned to program execution, growth objectives, and SETA staffing models.
- Serve as the recruiting manager for IC and SETA programs, providing expertise in cleared hiring, labor categories, and ramp timelines.
- Lead proposal and capture recruiting in partnership with the SME Business Development and Proposal teams, ensuring RFP compliance and risk mitigation.
- Partner with senior leadership and program teams to forecast workforce needs, support task orders, and manage contract transitions.
- Oversee full lifecycle recruiting for corporate, executive, technical, and hard-to-fill SETA roles.
- Drive recruiting process improvements and ensure effective use of iCIMS and Workday for workflow, reporting, and analytics.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to support accountability and leadership decision-making.
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives in the cleared and technical labor markets.
Qualifications
Required
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7; Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience supporting IC, DoD, and SETA government contracts.
- Proven experience leading proposal recruiting for captures, recompetes, and RFPs.
- Strong knowledge of security clearances, labor categories, and federal compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with iCIMS and Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing recruiting teams.
- On-site in the Chantilly VA office 3 days a week.
Preferred
- Experience with SETA-focused contractors or federal systems integrators.
- Familiarity with OFCCP, EEO, and federal HR compliance.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring, contract transitions, or program stand-up.
- Knowledge of proposal pricing, LOEs, and FAR-compliant staffing models.
