The Employee Engagement & Wellness Coordinatoris responsible forplanning, coordinating, communicating, and supporting employee engagement, wellness, and culturebuilding initiatives across the organization. This role also provides administrative support for employee benefits programs. TheCoordinatorserves as chair of the Employee Engagement Committee and works collaboratively with HR leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders to promotea positiveemployee experience, engagement, and wellbeing.
Employee Engagement & Wellness responsibilities:
- Coordinates, communicates, and administers employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs consistent with organizational goals and values.
- Chairsthe Employee Engagement Committee, including scheduling meetings, setting agendas,facilitatingdiscussions, and tracking action items.
- Partners with committee members and leadership to develop and implement engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns.
- Coordinates employee engagement surveys, wellness assessments, and feedback tools; compiles results and prepares summary reports.
- Assistsin evaluating the effectiveness of engagement and wellness programs and recommends improvements.
- Prepares routine reports, communications, and presentations related to engagement, wellness, andbenefitsactivities.
- Supports diversity, inclusion, moralebuilding, and culture initiatives as assigned.
- Organizes, edits, publishesthe Employee Newsletter.
- Serves as a point of contact for employee engagement and wellness questions or ideas.
- Coordinates annual Holiday party andassistswith the Annual Employee Meeting
Benefits Administration Supportresponsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for employee benefit programs, including enrollment support, communications, and employee inquiries.
- Assistswith onboarding and annualbenefitsenrollment processes, including distributing materials and tracking acknowledgments.
- Maintains benefitsrelated records and documentationin accordance withorganizational policies.
- Coordinates withbenefitsvendors and internal HR partners as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field required.
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, wellness programming, or benefits administration.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical skills to interpret survey and program data and summarize key insights.
- Working knowledge of employee engagement, wellness practices, and basic benefits administration.
- Current driver's license for the State of Wisconsin and proof of current automobile insurance
- Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially strong knowledge of Excel.
- ADP a plus
- Current/Valid WI Drivers License; plus reliable/insured vehicle
Part-time, 28 hours/week. First shift: 8am-4:30pmWeekdays: Monday-Friday
