Posting Information
Temporary position for a speech-language pathologist to supervise graduate student clinicians completing their clinical practice experience in the Speech and Hearing Clinic at WCU, specifically the grant-funded Literacy Camp.

This is a 'pooled' position from which we hope to hire two applicants.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Clinical expertise, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, and pedagogical abilities to effectively guide and support students in their clinical placements, fostering their professional development.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in communication sciences and disorders or related field; current licensure through the NCBOESLPA; current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum three years experience supervising graduate students in speech-language pathology clinical practice experiences; completion of continuing education units in supervision as required by ASHA.
