Regions Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support across key human resources functions. This role supports both the Employee and Labor Relations and HR Business Partner teams and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations. The HR Coordinator partners closely with HR leaders and consultants to support documentation, case tracking, reporting, meeting coordination, and special projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and contributing to process improvements that support a positive employee experience. What You'll Do:

Work Schedule: This is a fulltime (1.0 FTE) role with a Monday through Friday schedule and the potential for a hybrid work arrangement, based on business needs.
