  • The Go to Market Lead is a key member of the GTM team within a business unit focused on fleet management and data solutions.
  • The role is designed for a confirmed profile with experiences in product marketing, sales enablement, operations in a DaaS or SaaS environment who will progressively strengthen their contribution to the Go to Market execution while maintaining ownership of core enablement and onboarding activities.
  • This position plays a key role in ensuring product launch, commercial readiness, sales effectiveness, and cross functional alignment for existing offers and new product roadmap.
  • Strong interest in technical topics related to technology and data is highly encouraged.


Role Mission:



  • Ensure the timely rollout of new products and a clear, consistent understanding across all internal teams, driving strong alignment from launch through execution.
  • Act as the operational backbone of the GTM organization, coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize product delivery, market adoption, and overall launch effectiveness.
  • Turn each product launch into a growth lever for the Business Unit by supporting objective achievement, accelerating revenue generation, and continuously improving commercial performance.
  • Ensure all teams are fully equipped, trained, and operationally ready to execute the Go-to-Market strategy, while actively contributing to end-to-end GTM preparation and coordination for new products and major releases.


Key Responsibilities:

Go to Market Execution for New Products:



  • Contribute to end Go to Market readiness for new products and major releases following technical and product validation.
  • Maintain and update the GTM Tracking List to ensure visibility on readiness status, dependencies and risks.
  • Coordinate cross functional requirements and approvals across Legal, DG or Product, Marketing, Operations and Sales Leadership.
  • Support GTM leadership in preparing launch reviews, readiness assessments and execution follow up.
  • Sales Content and Governance
  • Ensure sales content mapping across the full sales lifecycle, ensuring consistency with Go to Market priorities and value propositions.
  • Create, manage and continuously update the SaaS and DaaS Sales Content overview Roadmap.
  • Ensure lifecycle management of sales content, including creation, updates, validation and deprecation.
  • Run weekly / monthly / quarterly reviews with tasks owners to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with product and market evolution.
  • Own the coherence and success of new product launches, serving as the single point of accountability while proactively addressing challenges and proposing corrective actions when needed.


Sales Training and Enablement Programs:



  • Plan, organize, and manage recurring sales training initiatives across departments for each new products launch
  • Design, deliver and continuously improve the sales onboarding program for new hires. (Provide end-to-end support to new sales recruits)
  • Collect structured feedback after each training session and continuously improve content and delivery formats.
  • Ensure training programs remain aligned with product evolution, Go to Market strategy and competitive landscape.


Key Stakeholder Interactions:



  • Sales teams and sales leadership for enablement, onboarding and performance ramp up.
  • Product and engineering teams for validation of milestones and release of readiness.
  • Marketing & Communication teams for content alignment and messaging consistency.
  • Operations, Data Governance and legal teams for processing, pricing and contractual readiness.
  • Go to Market leadership for prioritization, reporting and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:



  • A Bachelors Degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Strategy Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a SaaS or DaaS environment, with a strong background in one or more of the following areas: Product Marketing, Sales enablement, Product Management, Product Planning, Engineering.
