Salary: $76.53-85.03 Hourly
Join a global marketing team driving large-scale, upper-funnel brand campaigns across multiple consumer initiatives. This Paid Media Manager will own cross-channel paid media strategy and execution, partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive brand growth and audience engagement. You will lead campaign planning from strategy through reporting, proactively optimize performance, and translate business objectives into high-impact media strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly accountable, and brings strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Seattle is preferred; candidates in LA or NY will also be considered. Remote candidates may be considered based on experience. **What you'll do:**
- Own end-to-end cross-channel paid media planning and execution for upper-funnel brand campaigns.
- Manage external media agencies and internal activation teams to translate business objectives into actionable media strategies.
- Serve as the paid media expert within campaign pods, partnering with brand planners, creative, and marketing stakeholders.
- Drive real-time campaign optimizations based on KPIs and performance insights.
- Synthesize reporting across channels and collaborate with measurement partners to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Advise leadership and stakeholders on media strategy, investment decisions, and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization, representing the media team with integrity and ownership.
- Partner with other media managers to align investment strategies and leverage shared audience insights.
**What you'll bring:**
- 6+ years of experience in paid media strategy within a media agency or in-house media team (8+ years preferred).
- Experience owning large-scale, cross-channel brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of US media planning and buying principles across digital, streaming TV, programmatic, social, and audio.
- Experience managing or partnering closely with media agencies.
- Experience working on upper-funnel brand marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive optimizations (Excel and Tableau experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and demonstrate strong ownership within a highly matrixed organization.
