Description & Requirements We are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager to support our Digital/Chief Technology Officer group. The position will have a team of 2 direct reports. Our department is responsible for financial review, financial analyses, long-range planning, budgeting, financial analytics, and partnering with business leaders in strategic planning. This role will have a heavy emphasis on technology expenses, migrations, capitalization of salaries toward internally built software development in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering actionable financial recommendations. You will collaborate with other operations partners and provide financial strategy and advisement. It is the goal of our team to provide our internal customers with quality financial insights that support strategic business decisions. This role will have a high level of involvement and communication with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and other leaders. We are looking for a self-driven leader with a high level of financial analysis experience. This is a hybrid position that requires you to come to the office approximately 2-3 times per month for onsite meetings, events, and training. The remainder of the time you may work remotely from home. This position can be based to work out of the following locations: Allen, TX / Lenexa, Kansas/ Monett, MO or Springfield, MO. We have corporate flight shuttles you can take to travel conveniently between these locations. You may have occasional 2-3 day trips to support business needs. The target salary range for this position is $97,800 - $155,000 based on location and experience. What you'll be responsible for:
