Responsibilities

You will be responsible for Keysight Network Test's high speed Ethernet hardware portfolio including AresONE 800G and emerging solutions for 1.6T and beyond.

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Align product goals with business objectives and market needs
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback
  • Conduct pricing, positioning, messaging, and launch planning
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality product delivery
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to approve and refine offering
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Network Communications, Computer Data Sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior product management ownership of one or more capital equipment hardware product lines witha minimum of8+ years of industry experience
  • Deep understanding of IEEE 802.3, 802.2, and 802.1 specifications and requirements.
  • Technical fluency in 112Gbps and 224Gbps SERDES lanes technologies, NRZ and PAM4 encoding technologies, and FEC error correction schemes.
  • Mastery of physical interconnect technologies such as QSFP (and variants), OSFP (and variants) as well as active optical interconnects, and both active and passive copper technologies.
  • Experience defining product strategy and product roadmaps
  • Adept at synthesizing and presenting data in a digestible manner to diverse audiences
  • Process-driven and extremely detail-oriented
  • Demonstratedstrong senseof industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead, drive and actively participate in large, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualification Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Experience working within the network test industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of Ethernet technology
  • Previous experience in hardware and/or firmware, FPGA development or computer engineering.
  • Strong public speaking & writing skills. Ability to participate in industry standards organizations and spark technical innovation.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

CA pay range: MIN $176,670 - MAX $294,440

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
