Our client is looking for a Program Manager, Employee Programs to join their team!

This is a 9 month long, full-time (40 hrs/week), remote, contract role based out of California.

Responsibilities:




  • Lead the strategic design and execution of global benefits and mobility initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring programs scale effectively across regions and business units.



  • Serve as a connective force across Compensation, Talent, and regional teams-bringing clarity, structure, and first-principles thinking to complex, high-visibility initiatives.



  • Own end-to-end program management for critical employee programs, from roadmap development and stakeholder alignment to implementation, measurement, and continuous optimization.



  • Oversee operational excellence across the Employee Programs function, including OpEx planning, resource prioritization, and governance of key Talent Technology initiatives.



  • Partner with senior leadership to shape the strategic narrative and cadence for team offsites, leadership forums, and enterprise-wide communications, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.



  • Establish measurable frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and enhance the employee experience.



  • Champion inclusive, user-centered program design by identifying opportunities for innovation and driving enhancements that elevate both impact and employee engagement globally.



Requirements:




  • 6-10 years of progressive experience leading global Talent, benefits, or mobility programs at scale, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment; experience with Workday or comparable HRIS platforms strongly preferred.



  • Demonstrated success operating within matrixed organizations, with expertise in program management, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.



  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data, trends, and insights into clear strategic recommendations and compelling executive-level storytelling.



  • Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving environments; experience in technology or entertainment industries and proficiency with tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus.



The pay for this W-2 position is $120.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
