Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage high-caliber advisory talent through targeted research, networking, and market mapping aligned to business needs.
• Partner closely with advisory leaders and recruiters to understand role requirements, client demands, and evolving skill profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill advisory roles across multiple industries and functions.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit, motivation, and availability before handoff to recruiting teams.
• Leverage sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and internal databases to deliver timely, data-driven talent insights and candidate shortlists.
