The Building Trades Specialist (BTS) position is part of the Campus Facilities Management (CFM) team and is responsible for performing skilled work on a journey level in various building trades such as painting, carpentry, and masonry. Ideal candidates will enjoy working both indoors and outdoors and take pride in maintaining visually appealing spaces for faculty, staff, students, and campus visitors at our newest building located in St. Joesph, Missouri. 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday Minimum Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $24.00 to $26.00 hourly. Position is eligible for a $1,500.00 hiring incentive (see HR-104 Hiring Incentives for Faculty and Staff) Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
