Join us as our Strategic Portfolio & Pricing Manager - Bioenergy!

In this roleyou'llmake an impact by:

• Owning the global product portfolio strategy, from positioning and pricing through lifecycle management and product rationalization, ensuring alignment with regional needs and commercial priorities.

• Leading global strategic pricing, including valuebased pricing, price architecture, pricing governance, and ongoing price updates to maximize margin and market competitiveness.

• Analyzing product performance in the market, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks, and translating insights into recommendations for improvements in pricing, product mix, or market approach.

• Providing structured input to New Product Development (NPD) by communicating market requirements, customer needs, and competitive gaps to guide future innovation priorities.

• Supporting global and regional sales teams, particularly for large contracts and strategic accounts, by advising on deal strategy, pricing strategy, value articulation, and product recommendations.

To succeed you must hold:

• 7+ years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial strategy, product management, or portfolio management - ideally in biotech, biofuels, industrial solutions, or adjacent sectors.

• Experience driving endtoend product lifecycle management, including market analysis, segmentation, performance monitoring, and datadriven decisions on product investment, optimization, and rationalization.

• Strong capability in valuebased pricing, commercial analytics, pricing tools, and strategic contract design.

• Demonstrated leadership in crossfunctional collaboration and influencing business decisions.

• Excellent customer engagement and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Demonstrated ownership, agility, and proactive communication - ability to deliver on commitments, adapt to changing market signals, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure transparency and trust.

Location:Franklinton, NC or Lyngby, Denmark

Expected salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 (US salary)
