Description

McLane is seeking a Senior Product Owner - Oracle Financials to lead the strategy, value realization, and lifecycle management of enterprisescale financial platforms that support a complex, global supply chain. This is a senior product leadership role with endtoend ownership of missioncritical Oracle Financials capabilities, serving as the single point of product decision authority. You'll partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, Data, and Security leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and futureready financial solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for Oracle Financials platforms aligned to enterprise financial and supply chain objectives.
  • Serve as the single product decision authority, accountable for backlog prioritization and value delivery across complex, crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Translate financial and operational strategy into highquality epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT delivery leaders, architects, and platform owners to coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams and enterprise dependencies.
  • Apply disciplined, valuebased prioritization frameworks that balance business impact, regulatory requirements, risk, technical debt, and longterm platform sustainability.
  • Ensure Oracle Financials platforms are secure, compliant, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Proactively manage crossteam integrations, sequencing, and delivery risks in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Own accountability for product adoption, value realization, and postdelivery optimization, using performance metrics and user feedback to continuously refine priorities.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and value realization clearly and confidently to senior and executive stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a senior product leader with strong financial systems expertise and the ability to influence at scale.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles within large, enterprisescale technology organizations.
  • Proven success owning product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for complex, crossfunctional digital platforms.
  • Strong command of agile and productled delivery practices, including experience operating across multiple teams and delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate financial, supply chain, or operational requirements into actionable product strategies and execution plans.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decisionmaking skills, including experience engaging senior and executive leaders.
  • Experience working in global, highly matrixed environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Oracle Financials, ERP platforms, or enterprise financial integrations.
  • Product or agile certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMIACP, or PMP.
  • Background in enterprise digital transformation, shared services, or largescale platform modernization.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
