Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage onboarding and conversion projects for new retirement plan clients transitioning

  • Serve as a primary client-facing partner, engaging with advisors, plan sponsors, and other recordkeepers

  • Lead multiple projects at once

  • Work closely with internal project managers, leadership, and onboarding specialists to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Oversee project plans, deliverables, timelines, and communications to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Drive accountability across crossfunctional teams and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately.

  • Provide guidance and review work for less experienced team members; act as a resource and subject matter expert.

  • Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to onboarding workflows.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Retirement industry experience required - including new business, conversions, rollovers, or recordkeepingrelated work.

  • Strong project management capability with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with advisors, sponsors, and external partners.

  • Experience interacting with major recordkeepers

  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work on difficult or complex issues.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing deadlines.

  • Ability to influence others regarding policies, procedures, and best practices.
