Position Summary
You will lead the community oncology strategy to shape how we engage and deliver value to one of our largest and most complex customers across the United States. You will build and scale tailored, insight-led account plans with cross-functional partners. Your work will combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution. Responsibilities
This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead the execution of oncology portfolio strategy aligned to community oncology and specialty GPO networks.
  • Translate customer insights and analytics into practical account plans and measurable KPIs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Brand, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Field, and Commercial Operations.
  • Guide pilots and test-and-learn initiatives to optimize account engagement and measure outcomes.
  • Build senior stakeholder alignment and present account performance and recommendations to leaders.
  • Support the development of team members and partners to strengthen account capabilities and ways of working.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in healthcare, including account management, customer marketing, and institutional/community oncology engagement.
  • Experience developing and implementing channel-specific strategies in oncology.

Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH or similar).
  • Experience in vaccines, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or large healthcare organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, advanced analytics or AI-driven customer segmentation.
  • Experience with budgeting and P&L influence for customer initiatives.
  • Prior people leadership experience and coaching capability.
  • Track record of running pilots and scaling successful account programs.
