Job Title: Injection Molding Tooling and Setup Supervisor Job Description: THE ROLE: ENTEGRIS is seeking aInjection Molding Tooling and Setup SupervisorlocatedinColorado Springs/Rockrimmon, CO. This position will report directly to theSeniorManager ofoperations. The qualified individual will lead a team of skilled technicians for managing thetechnicalInjection moldingoperations and mustpossessa long-term vision formoldingexcellence.This vision includes preventative maintenance programs, reduced mean time to failure downtime, capital planning, project management, performance goal setting, metrics reporting, and development of staff. The candidate must have the ability to analyze challenging situations and provide solutions as well as implement actions and develop measurements to continue improvementsinInjection molding.8 to10yearsinjection moldingexperiencepreferred, and 3 years of supervisoryexperience. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Leads and coordinates the Tooling, Process, and Setup teams,withininjectionmoldingoverseeing preventative maintenance programs, process development initiatives, and adherence to production schedules.Mustmaintainfocus onsuccessfulprocess flow between alltechnicaloperations. Prioritizes operational plans effectively and presents datadriven recommendations and justifications to management. Develop both shortand longterm strategies to drive continuous improvement in injection molding processes and procedures. Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance. Assesses team competencies, motivates personnel, and implements development plans to meet current and future organizational needs. Allocates resources based on operational priorities, supervisingtoolingand process activities, managing work orders, and coordinating actions related to injection molding equipment, support systems, and associated manufacturing processes. Monitors and safeguards facility assets, ensuring security systems and protocolsremainfully functional and effective WHAT WE SEEK: "Safety First" attitude which is practiced with integrity and a high degree of accountability for endresults. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of people, including the management staff, to ensure successful outcomes of plannedinitiatives. Ability to coordinatetechnicalteams in a dynamic environment to meet continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction goals and foster theteamworkneeded to be successful.
