This role drives digital transformation and AI adoption across Macquarie Asset Management's real assets portfolio performance monitoring and investor reporting capabilities. Work focuses on improving how performance data is collected, analyzed, and communicated, building new capabilities while scaling solutions that deliver clear business value.
Discovery and structured problem-solving identify the highest-impact opportunities across performance monitoring, analytics, and reporting workflows. Strategy and roadmaps translate these opportunities into executable initiatives, balancing near-term improvements with longer-term transformation, including build-versus-buy decisions for digital and AI capabilities.
Partnership with investment professionals, fund management teams, and cross-functional stakeholders supports alignment on priorities and delivery through ambiguity. Governance, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based metrics create focus across competing demands, while ensuring solutions meet compliance, security, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements from day one. Change management and adoption planning help embed new ways of working and scale impact across teams.



What you offer

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital or AI-enabled products that solve complex business problems and improve measurable outcomes
  • Strong portfolio performance monitoring and investor reporting expertise, including performance measurement, attribution analysis, benchmark concepts, cash flow modeling, and alternative investment reporting
  • Real assets or private markets domain experience, with the ability to apply investment and performance concepts to digital and analytics solutions
  • Technical fluency across modern product development, data products, APIs, analytics platforms, and architecture trade-offs, with the ability to make sound build-versus-buy decisions
  • Demonstrated stakeholder influence and delivery discipline in matrixed organizations, using structured problem-solving, Agile practices, and change management to drive adoption
Salary range for this position: $260,000 - $290,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
