Responsibilities
- The Mgr Cardiovascular Administration manages business operations and personnel for the Heart and Vascular Clinic including areas of insurance, coding, compliance, scheduling of procedures, and departmental collaboration.
- Coordinates billing, accounts receivable, supply ordering, cost analysis and is responsible for payroll monitoring and reporting.
- Assists with the credentialing process for HVC and outreach locations and coordinates activities with other departments and participates in obtaining and maintaining qualified personnel.
- Responsible for environmental control of area.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related medical field.
- Current RN license.
- 2+ years' of medical facility or medical business office experience.
- Current knowledge of physician clinic or hospital operations.
- Strong problem solving, multitasking and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use computers and Microsoft Programs (word, excel, etc.).
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong business experience.
- Strong accounting background in a medically related environment.
- Previous experience with accounting procedures.
